Corporate Director, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle Hotels at McKibbon Hospitality

For more than 20 years, Kiel Lombardo has honed his craft within the realm of kitchen and restaurant operations, design, and food & beverage brand integrations. Lombardo joins McKibbon as Director of Food & Beverage for the Lifestyle Hotels from Luminary Hotel & Co. in Fort Myers, where he served as Executive Chef, overseeing multiple food & beverage outlets, including Dean Street Coffee Roastery, Ella Mae's Diner, and Beacon Rooftop Drinkery, crafting menus, managing pricing, ordering and operations of 38,000 sq. ft. of banquet space, and more.

Prior to his time in Fort Myers, Kiel was based in Tampa, Florida, where he launched RL Hospitality Consulting, assisting with restaurant design and concept branding, served as Co-Owner and Creator of Platt Street Borough, and Director of Chefs at Roy's Restaurant, training with James Beard award-winning chef Roy Yamaguchi. He graduated from the Culinary & Hospitality School (formerly New Hampshire College) in Manchester, New Hampshire.
