Eric Dorsey

Eric leads McKinley's Insurance strategy, working side-by-side with the McKinley Risk & Facilities teams internally and with insurance partners externally to minimize insurance loss exposure. Eric prides himself on a team-oriented & collaborative approach, understanding that the most exceptional outcomes for the residents and teams are delivered through working together towards a common goal.

Eric was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago and then realized his childhood dream of attending the University of Michigan where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Prior to joining McKinley, Eric spent 12 years at Rocket Companies holding various leadership roles across the business in Training, Operations, Procurement, and in Business Development. He continues to reside in the city of Detroit where he sits on the Board of the non-profit, Southwest Economic Solutions.
