Jim Willett

Jim Willett, Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Finance & Treasury, has over ten years experience in Commercial Real Estate. In his role, Jim leads McKinley’s effort to place both short term and long term financing, manages McKinley’s banking relationships, lines of credit and all capital market transactions. Jim is a proven real estate finance professional having raised and closed over $2 billion in debt and equity financing in his role as Treasurer.

Before starting his career in the Commercial Real Estate business, Jim worked in public accounting for Crowe Chizek in South Bend, Indiana in the Financial Institutions Group where he also earned his Certified Public Accounting designation. Jim graduated from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad School of Business in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
