McKinney ISD
Caroline Hartman is an accomplished music educator with a Bachelor of Music in Choral Music Education from the University of North Texas. Currently serving as an Associate Choir Director for McKinney ISD since June 2023, Caroline also directs the Teen Mass Band at All Saints Catholic Church in Dallas, TX, focusing on contemporary worship music and fostering musical growth among students and volunteers. Previous experience includes roles as Associate Choir Director at Richardson Independent School District and Head Choir Director at Fort Worth ISD, where Caroline directed multiple choirs for middle school students. Additionally, Caroline served as an Eagle Ambassador at the University of North Texas, providing tours and representing the university during special events.
