Jared Critchfield

Jared Critchfield, PhD, is an Assistant Principal and School District Administrator at McKinney ISD. With a background in music education and educational leadership, Jared has served as a Choir Teacher at the middle school and high school levels. Jared also worked as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of North Texas, where Jared taught undergraduate courses in music education and served as a research assistant. Prior to their current role, Jared was a Zone Supervisor at the Missionary Training Center. Their educational background includes a PhD in Music Education from the University of North Texas, a Masters of Educational Leadership from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor of Education in Music Teacher Education from Brigham Young University.
