Christy Cole

Christy Cole has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Christy began their career as a Senior Supervisor/Programmer at the Institute for Social Science Research in 2003. From there, they transitioned into marketing and advertising roles at Sitewire, starting as a Brand Coordinator and eventually becoming an Account Director. Christy also served as Co-Chair of SEMPO AZ, a local chapter of the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization.

In 2014, Cole became the Managing Director of Tailwind, a company focused on lead generation and paid media. Christy then moved on to Audacious Studios, where they served as Vice President of Operational Performance and provided strategic consulting services to their agencies.

Cole's most recent experience includes being the Chief Operating Officer at August United and leading the organization's operational performance and profitability. Christy also held the role of Executive Director and Board President at Desert Harbor Doberman Rescue of AZ, where they played a key role in expanding the organization's capacity and reach.

Currently, Cole is working as the Operations and Influencer Marketing Leader at McKinney, where they focus on operational performance, leadership, and financial management. Their expertise lies in operational efficiency, strategic planning, team leadership, and driving profitability.

Christy Cole attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Marketing. After completing their undergraduate education, they obtained several additional certifications, including Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, Inc. in October 2021. Christy also obtained certifications in Developing Executive Presence from LinkedIn in March 2021, Dare to Lead Trained from Dare to Lead™ Trained in January 2020, Canine CPR & First Aid from Furbaby CPR in August 2019, Advanced Core Behavior for Dogs Certified from Pet Behavior Solutions in July 2019, and Core Canine Behavior Assessment Certified from Pet Behavior Solutions in September 2018.
