Lisa Hughes

Lisa Hughes has over 30 years of work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Lisa recently joined McKinney as EVP, Executive Director, Agency Operations in January 2021. Prior to that, they held several executive roles at McKinney, including EVP, Executive Director, Account Management from 2018 to 2021, and EVP, Group Account Director from 2009 to 2018. Before joining McKinney, they worked at West & Vaughan as VP, Management Supervisor from 1997 to 1999 and at Northlich Stolley as an Account Supervisor from 1996 to 1997. Lisa also has experience at Wolf Blumberg Krody as an Account Supervisor from 1992 to 1996 and at Price McNabb as a Management Supervisor from 1989 to 1992. Alongside their advertising career, they briefly served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2019.

Lisa Hughes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Correctional Counseling from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Lisa also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Oklahoma State University.
