Susan Roche

Susan Roche has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and consulting. Susan is currently the Chief People Officer at McKinney, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Human Resources & Operations Consultant at Sue Co. Worldwide for 11 years, providing consulting services to various industries. Susan also served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Hollister, Inc from 2012 to 2014. Throughout their career, Roche has held leadership roles in HR at Leo Burnett USA, Mirror Image Internet, Arnold Worldwide, Hill Holliday Advertising, and Ingalls Quinn & Johnson. Additionally, they co-founded Student Futures, Inc. and served as the President, developing career counseling services for college students.

Susan Roche has a Certificate in Mediation Practice from the Cambridge Dispute & Settlement Center. Susan also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
