Abhishek Kaushik is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and structural engineering. Currently serving as an HR Strategy Intern at Qapita since April 2023, Abhishek previously contributed as a Summer Intern at Tata Administrative Services, focusing on talent acquisition and rewards and recognition practices for Air India. Under this role, Abhishek successfully led recruitment drives, digitalized processes, and implemented recommendations that positively impacted thousands of employees. Prior engineering experience includes roles at Bechtel Corporation, where Abhishek was involved in the design and standardization of structural elements, and internships at DRDO and the Central Public Works Department, gaining expertise in terrain analysis and structural design. Abhishek holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Delhi Technological University.
