Akriti Bhalla

Akriti Bhalla holds extensive experience in professional development and consulting, primarily with McKinsey & Company. Bhalla currently serves as Director of the People Function, having previously held the roles of Senior Manager and Manager in Professional Development within the same firm. Additionally, Bhalla participated as a Generation India Fellow at McKinsey Social Initiative and worked as a Consultant for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Early in their career, Bhalla gained experience as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and completed an internship at Biocon.
