Alessia Arrigo is an accomplished professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in business analysis, entrepreneurship, and competitive equestrian sports. Currently serving as an Incoming Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company since January 2022, Alessia is also the Founder and Manager of MOAB Bonnets, which empowers unemployed women in Istanbul through microcredit initiatives and designs equestrian accessories. As the Director of the Global Entrepreneurship Team at the Business Association of Stanford Entrepreneurial Students, Alessia organizes major conferences focused on sustainability and global solutions. Alessia has represented Turkey in various equestrian championships and has interned at prestigious firms such as Boston Consulting Group and Keensight Capital. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, Alessia also gained experience as a research intern at Harvard University.
