Andi Almond

Andi Almond is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic and change communications, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Global Leader for Strategic & Change Communications at McKinsey & Company since November 2023, Almond previously held several key roles at McKinsey, including Global Director and Communications Director for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, where efforts included building a communications team and innovating engagement strategies. Prior to McKinsey, Almond was Communications Director for the Chairman at Deloitte LLP and held various leadership positions within Deloitte, focusing on internal and external communications. Early career experiences include consulting roles at CompAnalysis and Accenture, and reporting for The Associated Press and Time Magazine. Almond holds a B.A. in Sociology from Princeton University and an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Southern California.
