Brooke Elby

Brooke Elby is an experienced professional with a strong background in business strategy and leadership. Currently serving as an Associate at McKinsey & Company since August 2022, Brooke previously held the position of Summer Associate at McKinsey in the summer of 2021. Brooke earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, where studies were completed in May 2022. Prior to business school, Brooke was the Executive Director of the National Women's Soccer League Players Association from December 2018 to March 2021 and also excelled as a professional soccer player for teams including the Chicago Red Stars, Utah Royals FC, and Boston Breakers from 2015 to 2020. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
