Erik Witte

Erik Witte is a Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading the Build by McKinsey unit since February 2019, which focuses on transforming bold ideas into reality with a strong emphasis on enhancing client capabilities through technology-driven change. Before this role, Erik served as Managing Director at Accenture from July 1996 to February 2019, overseeing various client accounts and delivery initiatives within financial services, including significant relationships with Wells Fargo, Visa, and Silicon Valley Bank, while also championing diversity and inclusion efforts in Northern California. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, obtained in 1996.
