Eva Brander

Eva Brander is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive hiring and leadership development. Currently serving as the Manager of Professional Development at McKinsey & Company since August 2018, Eva leads senior hiring for the Nordic offices and the Global Energy and Materials sector in the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Eva held various positions at McKinsey, including Senior Recruiter for senior hiring across the Nordics and recruiting efforts for experienced professionals in Helsinki. Earlier career experiences include an Executive Search Associate role at Egon Zehnder, working on leadership assessment projects in Helsinki and Stockholm, and a trainee position at the Embassy of Finland in Washington D.C., focusing on economic relations. Eva holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Organisations and Business Management from Turku School of Economics and has also completed exchange studies at Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management.
