Ismael Huber

Ismael Huber currently serves as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, beginning in February 2024, after holding various roles at Redalpine from May 2022 to February 2024, including Associate, Analyst, and HealthTech & Life Science Fellow. Ismael also held positions as a Board Observer at Luya and EraCal Therapeutics between February 2023 and February 2024. Prior experience includes participation in the Young Entrepreneurs Scheme at The Ingenuity Lab, where Ismael's team won the Biotechnology YES21 competition for a data-driven treatment recommendation solution. As a Global Leadership Initiative Fellow at The Oxford Character Project, Ismael focused on responsible leadership and character development. Clinical experience includes working as a Junior Doctor in emergency medicine and general surgery at JDMT Medical Services AG and Ngwelezana Hospital, respectively, from 2017 to 2019. Ismael holds a DPhil in Medical Sciences, specializing in Translational Research from the University of Oxford, complemented by education from the University of Basel and The University of Edinburgh.
