Jacek Fabianowicz

Jacek Fabianowicz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at McKinsey & Company since 2012, currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Client Activation Function. In this role, Jacek has led the strategic development of global capability-building programs and managed a diverse team of 15 professionals across multiple countries to foster innovation and operational excellence. Previous positions at McKinsey included Solution Manager, responsible for operations and analytics for Go & See programs, and Solution Delivery Specialist, managing a portfolio of client learning programs in the EMEA region. Jacek's career began at Credit Agricole as a Junior Project Manager, overseeing projects related to contact center infrastructure and account type implementation. Jacek holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
