Javier Heitz

Javier Heitz is a seasoned professional in the technology and consulting sectors with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Currently serving as Salesforce Venture Leader at McKinsey & Company since May 2022, Javier plays a vital role in delivering high-impact projects utilizing Salesforce as a customer experience solution. Prior to this, Javier co-founded and led S4G Consulting as CEO from September 2008 to May 2022, positioning the company as a prominent Salesforce partner. Javier has also contributed as an EMEA Partner Advisory Board Member for Salesforce.org, addressing significant challenges for Nonprofit and Education organizations. Earlier career roles include Senior Consultant at Amdocs and Business Analyst at Computacenter, along with CRM consulting at Software AG Spain and Arinso. Javier holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
