Jessica J. Federer

Jessica J. Federer is an accomplished board member with extensive experience in the healthcare and digital health sectors. Currently serving on multiple boards, including Sage Therapeutics, Angelini Ventures, Pluto Health, and Aspivix Health, Jessica has played a pivotal role in company governance and audit functions. As a Senior External Advisor at McKinsey & Company and former Managing Director/US CEO of Huma, Jessica led the establishment of the US team for a leading European digital health company and expanded its services during the COVID-19 pandemic. With a notable background at Bayer as Chief Digital Officer, Jessica directed global digital transformation across various business sectors. Previous roles at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services included leadership in communications, policy, and market access. Jessica holds a Master's Degree from the Yale School of Public Health, a Bachelor's Degree from The George Washington University in Public Health, and has furthered studies at the University of Oxford.
