Kristina Ruderman currently works at McKinsey & Company in a Client Delivery role, a position held since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving in COVID-19 Operations for Northwestern University, managing risk from January 2021 to September 2021, and as a Senior Program Coordinator at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from March 2017 to January 2021, where responsibilities included supporting the Growth-Stage Entrepreneurship program and overseeing student programming. Kristina also worked as a Curriculum Coordinator, providing curriculum support for various MBA programs at Kellogg. Previous positions include serving as a Faculty Assistant at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, a Family Resources Specialist at Illinois Action for Children, and an Interview Specialist at Pinstripe, along with legislative internships at the United States Senate and Wisconsin State Assembly.
