Adam Garcia

Adam Garcia has been in the healthcare industry since 1998. Adam started their career at CHRISTUS Health as a Patient Access Liason Leader. In 2003, they joined University Health System as a Team Lead - Patient Access Liason, where they were responsible for following-up and reviewing delinquent patient accounts, reconciling for short payment and outstanding balances, and resolving billing or reimbursement errors with internal and external customers. In 2010, they moved to Baptist Health System as a Team Lead - Revenue Cycle Management, where they trained and oversaw activities of 18 Account Reps/Collectors and provided daily support to staff. Adam also performed comprehensive variance analysis to determine root-cause and identify resolutions.
