Layan Kutob

Layan Kutob is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and advisory roles. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, Layan has previously held positions as Engagement Manager and Senior Business Analyst within the same firm. Layan is also a Co-Founder and Senior Vice President at You're Next Career Network and has contributed to organizations like Venture for Canada as an Advisory Board Member and Nspire Innovation Network as a Board of Directors Member and President. Layan's leadership was exemplified through the role as Chair for the National Business and Technology Conference in 2013. Additionally, Layan is actively engaged with the University of Toronto as a College of Electors Member and Nominations Committee Member. Layan holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (2013-2014) and a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering in Industrial Engineering (2008-2013) from the University of Toronto.
