Lucia Rahilly

Lucia Rahilly is a seasoned professional in editorial leadership with extensive experience at McKinsey & Company since July 2004, where roles have included Global Editorial Director & Deputy Publisher, Global Publications Director, and Executive Editor in Knowledge Services. Prior to McKinsey, Lucia served as Managing Editor at Horsesmouth from 2001 to 2004 and worked as a Writer in Development Communications at Harvard University in 1997-1998. Lucia holds a BA in English Literature from Columbia University and an MA in Cinema Studies from New York University.
