Marcia Morales-Jaffe

Marcia Morales-Jaffe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational performance. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company, Marcia is also a member of the Betterworks Future of Work Advisory Board and an Advisory Board Member at SheWorks!. Previously, Marcia held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at PayPal, as well as Senior Vice President of People & Performance at World Fuel Services, where responsibilities included Vice President of People & Performance Development. Marcia holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from Indiana University Bloomington and a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Operations Research from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
