Marianne Rossiter-Smith

Marianne Rossiter-Smith (Nee Bone) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruiting, particularly within global organizations. At McKinsey & Company, Marianne held pivotal roles including Senior Manager for Global Senior Hiring and European Lead, Manager for Global Partner Hiring and Integration, and Partner Recruiting Specialist. Previous experience includes serving as Director at Bridgland Consulting and as Head of Talent Management (Interim) at Development Intelligence. Marianne also contributed as Resourcing Business Partner in Risk Management and Finance ACA Rotation Project Manager (Interim) at Barclays, and functioned as an Assessor for Assessment Centres at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management.
