Nikul Roshania

Nikul Roshania is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and operations, currently serving as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company since February 2021, focusing on the European Life Science practice. Prior roles include Junior Engagement Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate, where contributions were made to projects in vaccine manufacturing, digital health, and pandemic resilience across Africa. Nikul also held the position of Director at the Oxford Seed Fund, overseeing investments in Oxford-affiliated startups, and served as Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Africa Healthcare Network, Sub-Saharan Africa's first dialysis service provider.
