Nishka Ayyar is an incoming Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, with previous experience in product management as an intern at Warner Bros. Discovery and strategic analysis at Ciena. Nishka has also served as the Executive Director for The Sheroes Project, leading a monthly talk show focused on women in technology. Further experience includes data science and project management internships at Dell Technologies, economic journalism at the Lowe Institute of Political Economy, and marketing roles at Claremont Marketing Group, where Nishka developed campaigns for diverse clients. Nishka's technical skills were honed as a Machine Learning Intern at Nod Labs, and as a Competitive Intelligence Marketing Research Intern at NTT Global Networks. Nishka holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Data Science from Claremont McKenna College.
