Noa Gur Arieh

Noa Gur Arieh currently serves as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, having progressed through various roles including Engagement Manager, Associate, and Business Analyst since October 2019. Prior experience includes the position of Director of Operations at Consul, where support was provided to small businesses through management tools, and a Research Assistant role at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Noa also gained experience as a Parliamentary Intern at the Knesset, focusing on policy research, and as a Platoon Commander in the IDF, responsible for training and leadership. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Economics, and Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
