Patrick Lahaie

Patrick Lahaie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the consulting and aerospace industries. Since joining McKinsey & Company in 2004, Patrick has held several prominent positions, including Global Co-Leader of McKinsey Sustainability in Advanced Industries, Senior Partner, and Managing Partner of the Montreal office, alongside co-founding and leading the RTS initiative at McKinsey Canada. Prior to this, Patrick worked at Bombardier Aerospace from 1999 to 2003, focusing on strategy, program management, and holding a Six Sigma Black Belt. Educationally, Patrick earned an MBA from INSEAD in 2003 and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal from 1995 to 1999, along with studies at Collège Jean de Brébeuf from 1992 to 1994.
