Patrick Lotorto

Patrick Lotorto, SPHR, currently serves as a Learning Manager at McKinsey & Company, having joined in October 2022. Prior to this, Patrick held various roles at KPMG from November 2017 to October 2022, including Senior Manager and Manager in Global Learning & Development, where responsibilities focused on designing global learning strategies and creating over 100 microlearning assets. Additionally, from March 2016 to November 2017, Patrick worked as a Senior Associate in Learning & Development at KPMG US, developing web-based training courses that significantly boosted knowledge retention. Patrick's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Learning Specialist at Tiffany & Co., overseeing eLearning project life cycles and creating analytical tools for training ROI optimization. Patrick holds an MBA from William Paterson University of New Jersey and a BS from The City University of New York.
