Seher Taneja is a dedicated and innovative professional currently serving as a Sophomore Summer Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and a Business Analyst at Cisco. Additionally, Seher is a Research Assistant at both the Mack Institute for Innovation Management and the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, where efforts focus on emerging technologies and public health awareness campaigns. As the Founder and CEO of SWAR, Seher developed smart hand gloves that convert sign language to text and speech, earning recognition and support from StartUp India and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Seher's achievements include winning the Atal Innovation Marathon and the Ideate for India challenge, showcasing a commitment to impactful innovation. Seher's academic journey includes a dual degree in Management and Technology from the Jerome Fisher M&T Program at the University of Pennsylvania, along with degrees from Penn Engineering and The Wharton School.
