Tanay Rishi

Tanay R. is currently a Venture Fellow at Susa Ventures since 2024 and has been involved with McKinsey & Company as an Incoming Business Analyst since 2023, previously holding the position of Summer Business Analyst. Tanay served as a Fellow at Republic, focusing on P2E Gaming from 2022 to 2023, and also as a Fellow at New Enterprise Associates, contributing to the Technology team during the same period. Additional experiences include a role in the Finance department at Zendesk for their Startups Conversion Program and an externship at Battery Ventures related to B2B Software, both in 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst at EduLab Capital Partners, specializing in EdTech from 2021 to 2022. Tanay R. holds a degree from the Texas McCombs School of Business, graduating from the Canfield Business Honors Program with a focus on Finance.
