Thais Galli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at McKinsey & Company since April 2024, Thais previously held the position of VP of Marketplace and GM for Brazil at QuintoAndar from 2021 to 2023. Prior roles at Tishman Speyer included Managing Director, Senior Director of Innovation, and Director of Strategy from 2016 to 2021.
