Vasudha Agarwal

Vasudha Agarwal currently serves as the Lead for Inclusion, Diversity, and Talent Attraction Strategic Projects at McKinsey & Company, having joined in February 2018. With extensive experience across various roles at McKinsey, including Senior Manager for Talent Attraction & Diversity in Japan and a Manager for Inclusion & Diversity Recruiting in the Asia Pacific, Vasudha is integral to McKinsey's multi-year ‘All-In’ program focused on enhancing diversity in recruitment. Prior to McKinsey, Vasudha held roles at WERKIN, Zomato, Bharti Infratel Limited, and Rio Tinto, demonstrating a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and talent management across multiple sectors. Academically, Vasudha has earned two Master's degrees from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
