Dave Ritter

Dave Ritter is currently the Sr. Director of Operations for National Design-Build at McKinstry, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this, Dave served as the Director of Project Management at Sellen Construction for over 26 years, significantly contributing to the company’s status as the largest commercial contractor in the Pacific Northwest. As a member of the senior leadership team, Dave played a crucial role in corporate strategy, operations, and growth management. Expertise includes process optimization, team leadership, and comprehensive project management, overseeing projects totaling over 6 million square feet and valued at over $3 billion. Dave holds a BS in Construction Management and a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University.
