Jamie Pedersen

Jamie is a highly-valued member of the McKinstry Governance Team who is responsible for corporate social responsibility and ensuring diversity and equal opportunity for our people. Jamie has long been committed to public service and to creating equitable outcomes as a leader and state senator.

Since his election in 2006, Jamie has also represented the 43rd Legislative District (central Seattle) in the Washington legislature. He served in the House of Representatives from 2006-2013 and chaired the House Judiciary Committee from 2009-2013. Jamie was appointed to the Senate in December 2013. He chairs the Senate Law & Justice Committee and serves on the Senate Ways & Means Committee, the Early Learning and K-12 Education Committee, and the Rules Committee.
