Justin Welch

Justin Welch, CSP, is a Safety Manager at McKinstry since June 2020, previously serving as a Safety Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Laborer at Graham from April 2016 to June 2018, where responsibilities encompassed performing journeyman laborer tasks, assisting sub-contractors, leading safety meetings, and conducting new hire orientations. Justin obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Safety and Health Management from Central Washington University, completing studies in 2020.
