Todd Lee

Todd Lee, DBIA, currently serves as the Senior Operations Director for National Design Build Services at McKinstry since April 2023. Prior to this role, Todd held positions at MLL Consulting as a Sr. Operational Specialist and Career Accelerator, focusing on operational excellence and career coaching, as well as at Urban Visions as Executive Vice President and Director of Design and Construction from January 2018 to March 2023. Todd took a brief hiatus in 2017 after a 28-year tenure at Sellen Construction, where Todd advanced through various roles including EVP/Director of Operations - Project Management, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington in 1989.
