Jim Fehlman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jim started their career in 2004 as a Director of Database Marketing at Blair Corporation. After a year, they moved on to become a Merchandise Director for Men's Apparel at the same company. In 2007, they joined Blair LLC as a Prospect Analyst for a short period before moving to Orchard Brands in 2008 as a Business Analyst Corporate Marketing Database. Finally, in 2012, Jim became the Director of Human Resources at McKissock, LP, where they are currently working.

Jim Fehlman obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Penn State University, which they attended from 1985 to 1989. Jim later pursued a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics from Penn State World Campus, completing the program from 2007 to 2009.
