Ibanda Rahim is a highly experienced professional in agricultural project management and youth economic empowerment. Currently serving as a Senior Project Coordinator for the Cereal FRN project at McKnight Foundation since January 2022, Ibanda Rahim has effectively identified and organized youth groups, established crop demonstration gardens, and developed various business models in Uganda.
