Ibanda Rahim

Ibanda Rahim is a highly experienced professional in agricultural project management and youth economic empowerment. Currently serving as a Senior Project Coordinator for the Cereal FRN project at McKnight Foundation since January 2022, Ibanda Rahim has effectively identified and organized youth groups, established crop demonstration gardens, and developed various business models in Uganda. Previous experience includes a role as a Project Extension Officer for the Aworking Future project with Plan International, where 15,000 youth were linked to market demands. Additional roles at Volunteer Efforts for Development Concerns and Kampala Capital City Authority involved promoting nutrition, supporting agronomic practices, and coordinating agricultural development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation.
