Rita Lee

Rita Lee is a highly skilled finance and operations assistant with extensive experience in executive administrative support, meeting coordination, and project management. Currently at McKnight Foundation since March 2015, Rita provides comprehensive support to the VP of Operations and Finance, facilitating meetings, managing calendars, and overseeing accounts payable tasks. Previously, Rita held the role of administrative assistant at Henson & Efron, P.A., where responsibilities included office administration, marketing communications, and personnel management. Rita's career began at Macalester College as an office aide, where duties encompassed database maintenance and training module creation. Rita holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Macalester College.
