Tami Davis

Tami Davis is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at MCL Construction since January 2024. Previously, Tami managed talent acquisition at Scooter's Coffee from December 2021 to December 2023 and held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Leadership at CommonSpirit Health from June 2018 to December 2021. Tami's earlier roles include Account Manager for the Accounting/Finance sector at Aureus Group and National Sales Manager at Trillium Drivers, where responsibilities encompassed territory management, business development, and client relationships. Tami also worked as an Internal Wholesaler at CLS Investments, developing business relationships in the Great Lakes Region. Tami holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Management from Bellevue University.
