Roger Duran

Roger Duran has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Executive Chef and Beverage Director at Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport since July 2018, while also holding the position of Executive Chef at The Corner since March 2018. Duran's career includes roles as Chef at MCL Restaurant & Bakery and Executive Chef at Levy Restaurants, both starting in November 2017 and September 2016 respectively. Additional experience includes Chef/Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company, Executive Chef at Le Mans France, and leadership roles with the American Culinary Federation Greater Indianapolis Chapter as Vice President-Membership Chair since March 2009. Duran has also held the position of Chef Owner Operator at Louies Wine Dive Mass Ave and briefly worked as a Dishwasher at Dream in January 2016. Duran's educational background includes attendance at South Lake Tahoe Community College from 2002 to 2003.
