Adrija Datta

Adrija Datta has extensive experience in supply chain strategy and optimization. Adrija most recently served as the Director of Supply Chain | Analytics & Strategy at JOANN Stores, where they led the optimization of supply chain processes for their $2.7 billion annual business. Prior to this role, Adrija worked at Walmart as a Senior Manager, overseeing supply chain strategy and optimization for their omni-channel business unit. Adrija also held positions at The Home Depot, Cummins Inc., Thermax Limited, and Godrej Industries Limited and Associate Companies, where they gained experience in areas such as supply chain integration, market analysis, and demand modeling. Adrija has proven their ability to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and successful project implementation throughout their career. Currently, they are working as the Director of E-commerce Fulfillment at McLane Company, Inc.

Adrija Datta has a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, which was obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) between 2009 and 2013.
