Eric Hildenbrand

Eric Hildenbrand has a diverse work experience in various industries. Eric started their career as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where they worked as an attorney in white-collar defense and capital markets practice groups. During this time, they conducted internal investigations for public companies in the U.S.

In 2009, Eric joined GE Capital as a Senior Counsel, Compliance and Regulatory, and also served as the Compliance Officer. Eric was responsible for implementing an integrity-based compliance program across multiple sub-businesses in the healthcare, transportation, information technology, and construction industries.

In 2013, Eric moved on to McLane Company, Inc. Initially, they served as the VP, General Counsel for McLane Grocery, a division of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. Here, they provided strategic advice to accomplish business objectives for both the $32 billion food distribution division and the $1 billion alcohol distribution division. Eric went on to become the Senior Vice President, General Counsel for McLane Company, Inc., responsible for all legal matters at the subsidiary.

Currently, Eric holds the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer at McLane Company, Inc. This role, which they assumed in January 2023, involves shaping and executing the company's strategic initiatives.

Eric Hildenbrand obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Muhlenberg College in the years 1996 to 2000. Eric then pursued a J.D. degree in Law from Georgetown University Law Center during 2000 to 2003.
