Jay Bergland is an accomplished consultant specializing in Learning & Development, Change Management, and Project Management, currently working with Guidepoint since June 2024 and serving as the Lead Change Agent at McLane Company, Inc. since June 2022. With over two decades of experience, Jay has held various leadership roles, notably as Director of Safety, Quality Assurance & Special Projects at McLane Company and as Director of Learning & Development Programs at the Grain Elevator and Processing Society (GEAPS). Jay's expertise includes strategic change management, operational excellence, and designing impactful learning and development programs.
