Shiva Subramanian

Shiva Subramanian currently serves as the Director of Cloud Strategy & Operations at McLane Company, Inc., a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Shiva was the Global Information Technology Director at Avanos Medical from March 2024 to September 2025 and the Director of Architecture & Engineering at Carrier from July 2020 to January 2024, where significant contributions included transforming cloud architecture and engineering teams for enhanced innovation. Additional experience includes serving as a Sr. Principal at Invesco Ltd. leading cloud architecture development, and as the Director of Software Engineering at TSYS, overseeing multiple teams in product development for B2B clients. Shiva holds an MBA in General Business from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
