Katherine Cramer

Katherine (Dutcher) Cramer, CPCS, CPMSM, currently serves as the Director of Medical Staff Services at McLaren Health Care since April 2021. Previously, Katherine held the position of Manager of Medical Staff Services at McLaren Greater Lansing from August 2016 to September 2022 and worked as a Consulting Analyst at Mercer from June 2015 to August 2016. Additional experience includes serving as the Membership Chair at MAMSS from 2014 to 2016, a Provider Enrollment & Life Cycle Analyst at Priority Health from January 2014 to June 2015, and a Lead Medical Staff Coordinator at Munson Medical Center from January 2012 to February 2014. Katherine began the career as a Medical Staff Coordinator at Centura Health from August 2007 to January 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Michigan University, an Associate’s Degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology from Arapahoe Community College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Ferris State University.
