P Naresh

P Naresh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. P began their career in 2007 as a Software Developer at Syantronics Technologies Ind Pvt Ltd. In 2010, they joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided technical analysis, feasibility studies, and estimates for new requirements. P also worked closely with functional leads and clients during fit gap analysis and provided technical inputs for customizations. Naresh then worked at the World Bank as a Project Lead Developer, where they were involved in a PeopleSoft HCM Application Upgrade project. Subsequently, they joined Allianz Technology as a Lead Consultant, focusing on a PeopleSoft CRM Application Upgrade project. Currently, Naresh is employed at McLaren Health Care as a Project Lead Developer and Lead Peoplesoft Consultant, providing operations and maintenance support for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, gathering new requirements, and conducting FIT-GAP analysis for implementation.

P Naresh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Sri Venkateswara University in 2004. Following this, from 2004 to 2007, Naresh pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from the same university.
