Mark Hale

Mark Hale is an experienced professional in the field of loss adjustment with a career spanning over two decades. Mark currently serves as the Executive General Adjuster at McLarens since August 2025. Prior to this role, Mark was a Chartered Loss Adjuster for a brief period in July 2025. From September 2004 to August 2025, Mark worked at Crawford & Company, holding various positions including Senior General Adjuster, Branch Manager, Construction Practice Leader, and Senior Claims Adjuster. Mark's journey in the industry began at McLarens from January 2000 to August 2004, where responsibilities included leading the Major Loss Team. Mark's foundational education was completed at Minchenden School in Southgate, London.
